{vegan} creamy enchilada sauce

2 cups soaked cashews* {overnight or 12 hours}

2 cups spring water

2-3 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon turmeric

1 bunch of cilantro

1 head of garlic

5 green onions

lemon essential oil

black pepper essential oil

pink himalayan salt

Blend in the food processor until desire consistency (about 5 minutes)
