cauliflower & potato soup

cauliflower & potato soup

1 head of cauliflower

5-10 {preference} red potatoes

1 russet potato

1 yellow onion, sliced

I bulb of garlic, crushed

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 green onions

4 carrots

8 cups veggie broth

4 cups spring water

1 tsp himalayan pink sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

rosemary essential oil

black pepper essential oil

Saute coconut oil, garlic, onion, sea salt + black pepper

Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium for approx. 40 mins

let cool and then add the blender until desire consistancy; add desired essential oils

for potato skins:

peel russet potato skin, coat w/ olive oil, rosemary , himalayan pink sea salt & pepper and roast in the oven at 350 until crispy
