mod·ern : (noun) a person who advocates or practices a departure from traditional styles or values.
We have the chance to change the future with how we raise and love our children. That drive and love starts inside us.
Joy is honey to my soul, but I contain it all. I am on a journey to find my own truths and allow others to do the same. I am learning and unlearning everyday. I focus on love as the core of all things in my life. My life flows best when I bring clarity in to each day. Everything I've tried to find was inside me the entire time. Connections, serendipity and acts of love happen around me all the time - I notice them when I am present and slow down. The fact that I'm breathing tells me that I am a valuable part of this beautiful adventure. Nature brings me peace, exploring liberates my soul, and freedom drives me. I have fallen and pulled myself back up, even when it felt impossible. I am a woman that is constantly creating in everything I do which makes me a mama of many things. I am you.
Authenticity is the greatest gift I will ever gift myself, and one I'm unwilling to let go of
I love being a wife and mother of three incredible children.
My educational background is holistic nutrition. I went to school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based out of New York, NY. I have continued to further my education and certifications in pursuit of what heals us, and allows us to thrive. I passionately do not believe we have to trade health for beauty, budget or a clean home.
I specialize in holistic nutrition (including food allergies), emotional wellness and essential oils.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson
